- Monthly visit. Your steward walks the property on a checklist, inside and out, to the same standard every time. Not a glance from the driveway.
- Photo condition report. After every visit: photos, findings, and action items, organized and kept in your account. Not a text that says "looks fine."
- Property record. Every system, appliance, service date, and access detail in one place you and your co-owners can reach. Not a binder in a kitchen drawer.
- Storm follow-up. After a named storm, a follow-up visit and condition report as soon as access allows. You know what you're dealing with before you drive down.
