Founder
Eric is a North Carolina licensed general contractor and licensed real estate broker who manages custom home builds and renovations, after more than a decade in supply chain operations with Cummins and McLane. He started 2HS for his best friend, who wanted to enjoy his second home, not work on it. He knows what a failing system looks like, who to call, and which specialists do the job right when no one's watching.
