What we collect
- Contact information you provide through the consultation form, by email, or by phone: name, email, phone, and the location of your primary residence and your second home.
- Property information you provide at enrollment and that your steward records on visits: property details, equipment, photos, condition reports, documents, and access details.
- Payment information, which is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. 2HS does not store full card numbers.
- Site usage data from standard analytics, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provide and document the services you've enrolled in, coordinate vendors on your behalf, bill for services, and communicate with you about your property. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Vendors performing work you've approved, limited to what they need for that job.
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Service providers that host our website and platform, send our email, and provide analytics.
- Co-owners or others you've authorized to view your property record.
- Authorities when required by law.
Access details
Keys, codes, and other access details are stored with restricted visibility, used only to perform services at your property, and shared with a vendor only for a scheduled appointment.
Your choices
You can view and update your information in your 2HS account or by contacting us. You can ask us to delete your information after your agreement ends, subject to records we need to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
